Welcome to our fully-furnished, 4BR and 3Bath Safe Haven located at Heritage Lake. Only 20 minutes west of Avon,, you are able to completely disconnect and come to a place of peace, serenity, and quiet.
Great opportunity for both a men's group and women's group retreat. We've hosted retreats where you can play 9 or 18 holes at Danville's Twin Bridges, Eat at the rooftop of Sahm's Haven overlooking Heritage Lake, play basketball, and plug in to the people you love the most relaxing on the front deck.
We've also hosted multiple families where you can bring everyone into one house, deepen relationships, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Feels like home!! I had the chance to stay in this clean and spacious Indiana lake house during a worktrip. The environment was relaxing and accommodating. Planning to return but with wife and kids to enjoy! I would recommend To my family and friends and will be checking availability for my upcoming Indi trips.
Beautiful lake home, perfect for a family getaway! Very clean and plenty of room. We had a great time on the lake swimming and paddle boarding. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot in the middle of Indiana.

This is a beautiful place with lots of room to unwind. I can’t believe it’s only 30 minutes away from Avon! Great place for a quick getaway. The house is well furnished and clean. The hosts were very accommodating.
Have had a chance to stay here on a couple different retreats, and I have a better time every stay. Host is always very responsive and flexible on bookings. Very welcoming home, with lots of room for friends and family. 45 second drive to beautiful lake access. One day after the lake we stopped at Sahms Haven, a little bar off the coast, and the nachos/blood Mary combo was incredible. Definitely looking forward to my next stay 😊
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Lake house for a couples event. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. Sitting out on the deck was so serene. We even experienced the excitement of seeing a few deer walk by. I certainly plan on going back, but with my family.

My family has booked this lake house on many occasions. It gives the full experience of a getaway or ”staycation.” The hosts respond immediately and the hospitality is unmatched. My favorite “Experiences” would have to be watching the deer up close in the morning, it’s truly surreal. This house is perfect for creating long lasting memories with family and friends with enough space for everyone to be comfortable. This is our families favorite getaway not too far from home!
Great location located just a short (and scenic) drive from Indianapolis! It’s the perfect spot to completely disconnect and relax with family, friends, and/or coworkers!

What a cozy and beautiful retreat rental for family and friends to gather at! It felt like home. It’s very well-kept, beautifully adorned and completely furnished. Everyone raved about it as it was perfect to convene, unwind and temporarily leave our cares away. Our stay was well-worth it. Definitely, it’s a MUST RETURN.

This was a perfect getaway spot for our family. The house is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. There was more than enough space for everyone. Sitting on the patio and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning was so peaceful. The kids had a blast at the lake. Dinner at Sahm’s Haven was a family favorite. 10/10
